As a key part of the services offered by Sports Retail Managment, we have developed a secure client extranet or portal which allows our clients to log into theie own part of the SRM website and place, modify and review orders.
Flexibility by design
The portal has been developed in close collaboration with one of our clients, so that we could develop a system which was designed for our clients with all the of necessary features as standard to make it as user friendly as possible.
The system allows for management of your staff, teams, locations and will also allow you start orders and continually add to them as you wish.
Once commited and signed off any order will be status managed within the system by our administrators to let you know exactly where in the process your order is.
One important feature for accounting and ensuring teams are all covered was the generation of a series of internal reports, both globally and on and order by order basis. This allows the client coordinator to keep a close eye on any staff members with no garment orders through to a breakdown of costs split by department to provide a close insight into the budget for internal purposes.
